Hebel Reinforced Fire Walls

Structural Products offer Hebel reinforced fire-resistant reinforced concrete panels. These concrete panels are perfectly suited to any non structural partition wall application from cellar to roof offering a fast track solution that’s simple to install, offers noise reduction benefits and improved insulation.

Hebel reinforced firewall panels offer a wide range of benefits over traditional concrete, they’re light but strong, fast to install, versatile and offer a high degree of fire protection.

Compared with concrete, the same thickness of Hebel panel provides remarkable fire protection. After around 6 hours with a 1000˚C fire on one side of normal concrete, the temperature next door will be 270˚C. On the other side of Hebel aerated concrete, however, the temperature is a much more manageable 68˚C. This protects highly flammable goods from spontaneous combustion, and vice-versa - should flammable materials combust for any reason, the fire will be much easier to contain.
